Project-Based Funding

For donors and partners who want to see exactly where their support goes, we build detailed project proposals — scope, cost, timeline, and expected impact — and invite funding for that project specifically.

This isn't about asking for money. It's about showing you precisely what your support will build, before you commit to it.

We offer two ways to fund a project:

  1. Fund it, we deliver it.
    You fund the project directly, and our team handles implementation from start to finish — with regular updates and feedback throughout, so you always know where things stand.

  2. Fund it, oversee it, we support it.
    We prepare the full project plan — every requirement from A to Z — and hand it to you or your organisation to implement directly. We stay involved throughout, providing oversight and on-the-ground support to make sure it stays on track.
